Etos Journal of Social and Community Engagement is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits anyone to copy, redistribute, remix, transmit, and adapt the work, provided that proper attribution is given to the original work and source. Under this license, authors retain copyright of their articles while granting permission for others to use all or part of the published content with appropriate attribution.
Users who redistribute the work must clearly indicate the original source, including the author’s name, journal title, year of publication, volume and issue number, and Digital Object Identifier (DOI). Authors also grant Etos Journal of Social and Community Engagement the right of first publication, while retaining full copyright ownership.
Author Warranties
Authors warrant that the submitted article is original, written by the listed authors, has not been previously published, does not contain unlawful statements, does not infringe upon the rights of others, and is fully owned by the authors without third-party claims. Users / Public Rights
The mission of Etos Journal of Social and Community Engagement is to disseminate published articles as widely as possible. Under the Creative Commons license, users are permitted to copy, distribute, display, and use the work for various purposes, including commercial use, provided that appropriate attribution is given to the authors and the journal as the original source of publication. Unless otherwise stated, authors become public entities upon publication of their articles.
Author Rights
Authors retain all rights to their published work, including but not limited to:

Joint Authorship
In the case of multi-authored articles, the submitting author warrants that they have been authorized by all co-authors to agree to the copyright and licensing terms on their behalf and to inform co-authors of this policy. Etos Journal of Social and Community Engagement is not responsible for internal disputes among authors and will communicate only with the corresponding author.
Royalties
As an open-access journal distributing articles free of charge under the Creative Commons license, authors acknowledge that no royalties or other fees will be paid for published articles.
Miscellaneous
Etos Journal of Social and Community Engagement will publish articles upon successful completion of the editorial process. Editors reserve the right to make adjustments to punctuation, spelling, capitalization, references, and usage to conform to the journal’s style guidelines. Authors acknowledge that published articles will be made publicly accessible and freely available to readers.
